White Bread Loaf

  1. Activate the yeast by adding sugar and yeast to the water (40c). Let it sit for 10 minutes
  2. Add the salt to the flour, create a well in the middle and add the water to the flour well
  3. Add the butter and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Oil a bowl then add the dough into the bowl, cover for up to 2 hours
  4. Degass the dough then shape the dough into a bread tin. Cover up to an hour
  5. Bake at 200c for 35 minutes
