White Bread Loaf
- 450g white bread flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 270ml water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet dried yeast
- 15g softened butter
- Activate the yeast by adding sugar and yeast to the water (40c). Let it sit for 10 minutes
- Add the salt to the flour, create a well in the middle and add the water to the flour well
- Add the butter and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Oil a bowl then add the dough into the bowl, cover for up to 2 hours
- Degass the dough then shape the dough into a bread tin. Cover up to an hour
- Bake at 200c for 35 minutes
