Turkish Pide Bread

  1. Mix milk (30c to 35c), bread flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl until incorporated. Cover and let it rise for 30 mins
  2. Add the flour, water (30c to 35c), oil and salt then mix for a few minutes until the dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes
  3. Shape the dough into a ball, then shape the ball into a Pide shape. Let it rise for 30 minutes
  4. Brush the dough with an egg wash, followed by a final shaping. Sprinkle sesame seeds
  5. Bake at 220c (or 200c fan) for 15 to 20 minutes
