Spelt Pizza Base
- 250g spelt flour
- 160ml water
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water and let sit for 10 minutes
- Mix the dry ingredients together then mix the water with the dry ingredients
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes then let sit for 90 minutes
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll into a ball and let sit for 30 - 60 minutes
- Shape the pizza bases and bake at 220c fan for 12 minutes
