Spelt Pizza Base

  1. Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water and let sit for 10 minutes
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together then mix the water with the dry ingredients
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes then let sit for 90 minutes
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll into a ball and let sit for 30 - 60 minutes
  5. Shape the pizza bases and bake at 220c fan for 12 minutes
