Spelt Bread
- 480g spelt flour
- 340ml water
- 1 1/2tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water and let sit for 10 minutes
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes then let sit for 90 minutes
- Shape the dough, put it in a oiled and floured 9" x 5" bread tin, let sit for another hour
- Bake at 170c fan for 45 minutes
