Spelt Bread

  1. Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water and let sit for 10 minutes
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes then let sit for 90 minutes
  3. Shape the dough, put it in a oiled and floured 9" x 5" bread tin, let sit for another hour
  4. Bake at 170c fan for 45 minutes
