Pumpkin Pie
- Pie crust
- 400g can pumpkin puree
- 400g can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Prepare the pie crust
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl
- Bake at 180c for 50-70 mins or until the top is brown and the filling is just set
- Let it cool and serve with some ice cream or whipped cream
